Pre-machined aluminium plates
Deville Rectification can make all your pre-machined cut aluminium plates.
We have the know-how in sawing, milling and grinding and the range of machines needed to make a multitude of aluminium parts as per your specifications, ranging in thickness from a few mm to 1000 mm for aviation applications, the agrifood industry, general engineering and construction.
Your aluminium bars, flats, sheets, blocks and plates can be delivered all over Europe within 1 to 5 days thanks to our large stock of billets of all sizes in 8 aluminium alloys.
Operations on pre-machined aluminium plates and blocks
- Sawing,
- Edge and face milling : maximum dimensions 2000 mm x 4000 mm
- Face grinding : maximum dimensions 2000 mm x 4000 mm
- Additional operations : drilling, handling hole making, chamfering, CNC grinding
Operation on aluminium blanks
- Sawing only
To facilitate your choice of material, you will find a comparison of the properties of aluminium alloys at the bottom of the table : machining, homogeneity, stability, abrasive wear resistance, weldability, polishability and corrosion resistance.

- Aluminium alloy with zinc, the grade 7021 combines homogeneity and high thicknesses while ensuring high mechanical properties. Its chemical composition is strictly controlled with few impurities, which gives this alloy a very good weldability, a good anodisability, a good ability to chemical graining and mechanical polishing. Thanks to through hardening, this grade is homogen, stable in machining and corrosion resistant.
- Especially used in thicknesses over 100 mm, prototype moulds, moulds for elastomeres or plastic injection, various mechanical parts, frames of special machines.
